Our Panama expansion project creates a strategic petroleum corridor between Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, featuring two large-scale tank farm facilities, mini-refinery, and transshipment hub. This positions BCL as a key refining and distribution player in Latin America and the Caribbean, creating hundreds of direct and indirect jobs while maintaining environmental stewardship and inclusive development.
We target proven and emerging plays in Permian basins using advanced 3D/4D seismic, AVO/inversion, and basin modeling to de-risk prospects and shorten time-to-first-oil. We execute phased developments with modular facilities and standardized well designs to lower costs and improve schedule certainty. Real-time surveillance, ML-driven production optimization, predictive maintenance. Our designs are tailored to minimize Flaring, electrified equipment where feasible and leak detection and repair.
